In recent years, the Spanish team GRS has established itself as one of the best Formula 4 teams. The racing team has been represented in the junior class since 2018. The team is based in Paterna, around 20 minutes from the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, where the second Formula Winter Series race weekend takes place in February.
After GRS 2023 made a guest start in the Formula Winter Series in Barcelona with Amna Al Qubaisi, Josep Trinidad’s team will now contest all four race weekends in the GEDLICH Racing series.
The 16-year-old Belgian Douwe Dedecker will be in the cockpit of the Tatuus car. After a season in the British Formula 4, he will now compete with GRS in the Formula Winter Series and later in the Spanish Formula 4 Championship. Dedecker has already enjoyed great success in karting in the German DKM Championship and WSK Euro Series. Further drivers for the team will be confirmed at a later date.
